Yes. Contractors and project teams can send plans, specifications, addenda and bid information through our website or by email.

Can you work in occupied commercial properties?

Yes. We regularly coordinate electrical work around tenants, employees, customers and normal building operations. Work requiring an outage is scheduled in advance.

Do you perform electrical shutdowns?

Yes. We can plan and coordinate shutdowns required for service, distribution, transfer-switch and equipment work.

Do you provide ongoing property maintenance?

Yes. Seaside Electric provides troubleshooting, repairs, lighting maintenance, electrical upgrades and ongoing support for property and facility management teams.
